Therefore the power of the motor is limited and in order to get best performance, please make sure to balance the camera properly before power on the gimbal. If you need help, please check the video tutorial of balancing on the left side of this page or you can contact seller for help of balancing.

When using this product, please be sure not to power it on without a load, and do not power it on before leveling the gimbal. ❌

✅The correct sequence is as follows:

1. Level the gimbal. At this time, mount the camera on the gimbal and level it, but do not power on the camera.

2. Power on the camera after leveling the gimbal, then turn on the camera.

3. If you do not follow the steps above, the gimbal will shake and then enter sleep mode, becoming unusable.
